Adina and Rome came to Elizabeth Ross of Element Events to plan their Carmel Valley destination wedding. The goal was simple: Craft an intimate yet unforgettable weekend experience for 50 of their closest family and friends. Set below the stunning Santa Lucia mountain range, surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields, we set out to create an experience that was pure magic.

Upon check-in guests received destination welcome boxes, personally curated by Elizabeth Ross. Each box featured a welcome note from Adina and Rome local gourmet selection from California’s Central Coast. The celebration itself was held on a perfect Fall afternoon.  Adina and Rome walked hand-in-hand, down the aisle together, where they then exchanged vows in the presence 50 of their closest family and friends. Following the vineyard ceremony, which was officiated by one of their closest friends,  the couple shared a private moment as they strolled through the vineyard. Dinner was served farm table style on the Harvest Landing with a view of the Carmel Valley, where California’s legendary sunsets did not disappoint. The celebration lasted late into the night under the stars.
